Biography
Dr. Fan Ouyang is an Associate Professor at the College of Education, Zhejiang University, China. She received her Ph.D. in Learning Technologies from the University of Minnesota, USA, in 2018. Her research interests include Learning Analytics, Computer-Supported Collaborative Learning, Online and Blended Learning, and AI in Education. She has published extensively in high-impact SSCI/SCI journals such as Computers & Education, British Journal of Educational Technology, and International Journal of Educational Technology in Higher Education. She is the PI of two NSFC projects, 10 provincial and university-level projects. She serves as a peer reviewer for a wide range of international journals, including Computers & Education, International Journal of Computer-Supported Collaborative Learning, and The Internet and Higher Education. She was awarded the Elsevier China Golden Open Access Scholar Award for Highly Downloaded Papers (2021-2022, Humanities and Social Sciences and Economics), Top 2% Scientists Worldwide 2024 by Stanford University.
