Biography

Dr. Ting-Chia Hsu is a Distinguished Professor at the Department of Technology Application and Human Resource Development, National Taiwan Normal University, and serves as Director of the Logic and Programming Education Group under the Joint Committee on General Education. She received her Ph.D. in Information and Learning Technology from the National University of Tainan in 2012. Her research focuses on computational thinking education, AI literacy, and adaptive digital learning. She has long been dedicated to developing innovative educational materials and tools. She serves as Editor-in-Chief of Research and Practice in Technology Enhanced Learning and as the editor of the Kang Hsuan Edition Junior High School Information Technology Textbook. She served as a Visiting Professor at MIT CSAIL and has held visiting positions at the National Institute of Education Singapore and Vilnius University. She has been consecutively listed in the Stanford University Top 2% Most Influential Scientists from 2021 to 2025.
