Biography
Ada Tse is a Senior Educational Development Manager (Senior Analytics and Evaluation Specialist) at the Educational Development Centre of The Hong Kong Polytechnic University. She holds a B.Sc. (Hons) in Statistics from The Chinese University of Hong Kong and an M.Sc. in Statistics from The University of Hong Kong. She specializes in learning analytics, evidence-based quality enhancement, and quantitative and qualitative analysis. She leads university-wide projects including the Learning Analytics Platform (LAP), Institutional Surveys on Learning Experience (ISLE), and the Student Feedback Questionnaire (SFQ), supporting faculty in data-driven teaching improvement. She has received the EdTech Hero Award and has presented research at numerous international conferences. She is also a core member of the Community of Practice - Learning Analytics (CoP LA) at PolyU.
