Biography
Chen Changfeng, born in 1964, is a Professor, Doctoral Supervisor, and Executive Associate Dean at the School of Journalism and Communication, Tsinghua University. She graduated from Nanjing Normal University in 1986 and received her Ph.D. from Renmin University of China in 1996. Her research areas include the history of journalism and communication, mass communication and social change, journalism and communication education, and media literacy. She has led multiple major projects and key research grants from the National Social Science Fund, authored numerous monographs and textbooks, and published over 100 papers. She is a recipient of the National "Ten Thousand Talents Program" Leading Talent, the "Four Batches" of Cultural Experts, and the State Council Special Government Allowance. She serves as Honorary President of the Chinese Association for History of Journalism and Communication, a member of the Journalism and Communication Discipline Evaluation Group of the Academic Degrees Committee of the State Council, and Vice Chair of the Journalism and Communication Teaching Steering Committee of the Ministry of Education.
