Biography
Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nurbiha A. Shukor is an Associate Professor at the School of Education, Universiti Teknologi Malaysia (UTM), with over 14 years of experience in educational technology[reference:16]. She received her Ph.D. in Educational Technology from UTM in 2012. She currently serves as the Director of the Centre for Digital and Flexible Learning (UTM CDex), and previously served as its Deputy Director (2020-2022). She has been the Chair of the Malaysian e-Learning Council for Public Universities (MEIPTA) since 2020. Her research interests include online learning, computer-supported collaborative learning, data mining in education, sequential analysis and discourse analysis for online learning, and augmented reality. She has published numerous papers and has been involved in various research projects, including a data analytics project funded by the British Council in partnership with Liverpool John Moores University.
