Biography

Professor Xiujun Zhang is a Professor and Doctoral Supervisor at the School of Mathematics and Statistics, Wuhan University of Technology. He received her B.E. and Ph.D. degrees in Electronic Engineering from Tsinghua University in 2001 and 2013, respectively. His research interests include computational systems biology, bioinformatics, artificial intelligence, and big data analytics. He also holds a concurrent professorship at the Wuhan Botanical Garden, Chinese Academy of Sciences, engaging in interdisciplinary research such as computational genomics. He has served as a Review Editor for the Computational Genomics section of Frontiers in Genetics.
