Biography

Prof. Bing Shi is a Professor, Doctoral Supervisor, and Deputy Dean of the School of Computer Science and Artificial Intelligence at Wuhan University of Technology. Born in September 1982, he received his bachelor's and master's degrees from Nanjing University and his Ph.D. in Computer Science from the University of Southampton, UK, in 2011, where he also conducted postdoctoral research. His research interests include artificial intelligence, multiagent systems, deep reinforcement learning, service computing, mobile crowdsensing and task allocation, UAV-assisted edge computing and trajectory optimization, and crowdsourcing task diffusion and incentive mechanisms in social networks. He is a Senior Member of IEEE, a member of ACM, and a member of the CCF Service Computing Committee. He has served as a Program Committee member for AAMAS (2017-2021). He has led over 10 national and provincial research projects. He has published over 60 papers in prestigious venues including AAAI, IEEE IoT Journal, IEEE TNSM, IEEE TCSS, Applied Intelligence, and EAAI.
