Biography

Prof. Bing Ji is a Professor and Doctoral Supervisor at the School of Control Science and Engineering, Shandong University. He was born in April 1983. He is a Young Expert of Taishan Scholars in Shandong Province and a Future Plan Scholar of Shandong University. His research focuses on artificial intelligence algorithms (including deep reinforcement learning, contrastive learning, and vision-language models) and their medical applications, as well as intelligent robotics. He has led 7 national and provincial research projects including the National Key R&D Program and NSFC projects, with total research funding exceeding 12 million RMB. He has published over 60 SCI papers in top journals/conferences including TMI, TNNLS, Information Fusion, and AAAI. He holds 5 international invention patents and 20 Chinese invention patents. He has received the Shandong Technological Invention Award (Second Prize), CAA Science and Technology Progress Award (Second Prize), and Shandong Medical Science Award (First Prize) as the first recipient.
