Biography
Prof. Ying Yang is an Associate Professor and Master’s Supervisor at the School of Foreign Languages, Wuhan University of Technology. Born in September 1977 in Xiaogan, Hubei, she holds a Ph.D. in English Language and Literature from Wuhan University and was a Visiting Scholar at the Department of Linguistics, University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. Her research interests include neurolinguistics, second language acquisition, and translation technology and practice. She has led and participated in over ten provincial and university-level research projects, published nine academic papers, and authored one monograph. She has been teaching graduate English courses for many years, including Graduate English, Academic Paper Writing, and Computer-Aided Translation.
