Biography
Li Xin, Ph.D., is an Associate Professor and Master's Supervisor at the School of Medicine and Health Management, Tongji Medical College, HUST. He received his B.Mgmt from HUST (2015) and Ph.D. from Wuhan University (2021, supervised by Prof. Wei Lu), with joint doctoral training at Indiana University Bloomington and University of Texas at Austin (co-supervised by Prof. Ying Ding). His research focuses on medical AI, natural language processing, text mining and semantic analysis, knowledge graphs, and scientometrics. His work has been published in IPM, JOI, Scientometrics, JMIR Medical Informatics, Scientific Data, and conferences including ASIS&T, iConference, JCDL, ISSI, and AMIA. He has led an NSFC project and participated in multiple national-level projects. He is a member of the Chinese Association for Science of Science and S&T Policy, and the International Society for Scientometrics and Informetrics.
