Biography
Fang Hongjun, male, born in 1974, from Hegang, Heilongjiang. Associate Professor at the School of Biochemical Engineering, Beijing Union University. Ph.D. in Management Science and Engineering from Dalian University of Technology. Research focuses on value-added evaluation of college students' innovation and entrepreneurship capabilities, innovation management and digital transformation, and S&T talent management. Published 70 papers with 190 citations, H-index=7.
