Biography
Xu Shengzhi, male, born in 1978, Ph.D., Professor-level Senior Engineer (PhD Supervisor), Institute of Optoelectronic Thin Film Devices and Technology, College of Electronic Information and Optical Engineering, Nankai University. He is Deputy Director of the State Key Laboratory of Photovoltaic Materials and Batteries, Deputy Director of the Engineering Research Center of Thin Film Optoelectronics Technology (Ministry of Education), and Deputy Secretary of the Party Branch of the institute. His research focuses on the integration of AI, robotics and photovoltaic power generation, including data analytics and performance prediction of novel solar cells, intelligent inspection of PV plants, O&M robots for large-scale PV plants, and industrialization of solar cell technology. He supervises master's and doctoral students with backgrounds in electronic information and computer science.
