These Terms of Registration ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (individual or entity) and StarNexus Science Press (Hong Kong) and its affiliates ("StarNexus", "we", or "the Publisher") regarding your registration of an account, access to this website, and use of the platform and services ("Services").

Platform Content: All Services and their content (including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software) are the property of StarNexus or its content providers, protected by Hong Kong and international intellectual property laws.
User Content: Content you submit, post, or display through the Services (such as manuscript submissions, comments, etc.) remains your property. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable license to operate, promote, and improve the Services.
You represent and warrant that you own or have obtained all necessary rights to grant the above license, and that your content does not infringe any third party's rights.
The Services may contain links to third-party websites or services, or integrate third-party tools (such as AI models, payment gateways). We are not responsible for third-party content, privacy policies, or behaviors. You engage with third parties at your own risk.
5.1 The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we make no express or implied warranties, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.
5.2 We do not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, nor that any errors will be corrected.
5.3 You use any materials downloaded or obtained through the Services at your own risk. You are responsible for any damage to your computer system or data loss resulting from using the Services.
6.1 To the maximum extent permitted by law, StarNexus and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data loss, goodwill loss, or business interruption, regardless of the legal theory, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
6.2 In no event shall our total liability for any claims arising from or related to your use of the Services exceed the total fees you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim (if any).
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless StarNexus and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any third-party claims, losses, liabilities, costs (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or improper use of the Services.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to the Services at any time for any reason without notice. Any provisions of these Terms that should continue after termination (such as intellectual property, disclaimer, limitation of liability) shall remain in effect after termination.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People's Republic of China, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation. If negotiation fails, either party may submit the dispute to the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre (HKIAC) for arbitration in accordance with the arbitration rules in effect at that time. The arbitration venue is Hong Kong, and the arbitration language is Chinese.
10.1 If any part of these Terms is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
10.2 Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
10.3 We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Modified Terms shall become effective when posted on this page. Your continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
